This has been a very good purchase for us, admittedly its expensive but its life is extended as it converts to a small bed and we do expect to use it for further additions to our family!

The cot itself is very stylish with a traditional charm about it - we love how it looks in the nursery.

It came with very simple instructions and was easy to construct. The mattress is a perfect fit - we found some cot mattresses moved around a bit but this one firmly fits in place which makes it easier for making up the cot and safer for our daughter (less likely for the blankets to move out of place).

I imagine it might get scratched over time but that's to be expected with any cot.

Overall we are very pleased with our cot purchase and would recommend it.
