The Phil & Ted's Dash is our first pram purchase and it was made after a great deal of research but we are extremely pleased indeed. It was difficult trying to weigh up the pros and cons between this model and that of the P&T's Vibe and Sport prams but some of the key points for us were as follows:

1. Plastic footwell (unlike Sport) can be wiped/cleaned easily.

2. The length of the pushchair (slightly shorter than Sport)

3. Width of pushchair (narrower than Vibe).

4. Padded Seating - can be removed and easily cleaned.

5. Brake - much easier than the Sport's foot brake which is tough to move (probably loosens up over time) but awkward to reach and perhaps harder with doubles kit attached.  The Vibe brake system in situated in the middle of the handle and whilst it can be activated one-handed which would be a bonus, I had heard a lot about it being mistakenly activated (not good for mother or baby!).

6. Sun hood - this was the one factor where I preferred the Vibe which has a much larger hood for greater sun coverage but the Dash does have a bigger hood than the Sport and to be honest we use the UV cover anyway which is easily zipped into place (unlike the Sport where it is fastened with domes) and ensures baby's completed protected from sun and glare.

7. Frame - a bit heavier than the Vibe, but a lot more hard wearing - the Vibe metal frame looks very scratched in quick time.

8. Doubles Kit - like the Vibe and Sport, the Dash also has this available, although it is more expensive than the Sport, cheaper than Vibe.

Overall I believe the Dash model is effectively a new and improved version of the Sport model.  I also think that the extra cost of the Vibe is not necessarily justified for the extras or different appearance it offers.
