| Product constantly will not charge via USB and will often not pair with phone. When it does work, it requires 4 pushes of the Parrot answer button to answer the call. Tried to update the software on it only to find that the updater software would not recognise that the unit was plugged in even though windows had successfully installed it. Great paper weight though. |
