There are three Renkon restaurants in Central Auckland. One in the city on High Street (which is just off Queen St), one in Ponsonby, and one in Parnell. All three serve the food to the same high quality. Fantastic food, the chicken sauce katsu is my favourite. Took a friend there a couple of weeks ago and apparently it was sooo good, that she said I'd ruined her eating sauce katsu anywhere else!! I've tried many Japanese restaurants and this place is by far the best. Great food, great locations and friendly helpful staff. Perfect menu for lunch or dinner and there are half portion sizes as well. Complimentary green tea as well.
