What if I can´t find a product that I want to review?

Once you are logged into Review it NZ you can simply click the button "add reviews" which is located at the top of the page. Fill out the fields and write your review. The team at Review it NZ will then list your product with an image and attach your review. Remember, just because the product isn´t listed, doesn´t mean you can´t review.

Can I add a new product if it doesn´t fit a category?

At the moment no. When adding a new product you have to specify a category. If your category is not there then why not suggest it. You may even get some praise in the News section for your category idea.

I have a great idea for a new category or subcategory, how can I get it created?

Simply use the "contact us" link to get in touch with the team at Review it NZ. We´ll more than likely list your category and ensure that the category grows by adding products. Remember this is within reason folks :).

Can Review it NZ list services to review?

Ofcourse! Review it NZ is happy to grow it´s site by adding services such as Restaurants, Hotels etc. We´ve launched the site with just products at the moment. Let us know if you´re keen to review services and we´ll do our best to accomodate you.

Do you offer a prize every month?

We sure do. The best review of the month will get the prize. The prizes for the month are listed in the News section.

Who chooses the review of the week and the featured reviews?

The team at Review it NZ read every review. If your review is a good one we´ll list it on the homepage. Remember not everyone can be listed.

Can I review something that already has a review?

Ofcourse you can. The product can be reviewed as many times as you want.

When I review a product and select a star rating, the star rating changes but not to my selection. Why?

If a product has been reviewed you are changing the overall star rating for the product. For example if one review has already been done and someone rated it one star. You come along and rate it three stars. The star rating will change to two. This is the average overall rating. Your ratings will affect this.

Why is my review not showing?

The team at Review it NZ have to approve all reviews prior to them showing on the site. This is due to ensure that no obscene language is used.

Can I leave a bad review?

Ofcourse you can! We want you to be as honest as possible. If the product was less than ideal then let people know.

My ranking has not updated, why?

Your reviews have to be approved before your ranking will change. It may be that the team have not approved and listed your review yet.
